Always good to be where you are. If you are where you are not, one may have some serious issues. -

Funny how a sentence can have different meanings depending on the punctuation of a word. HERE is a great place to be, is slightly different than here is a GREAT place to be.
Don't mind my ramblings. Haven't had my coffee yet.
